Is beautifull if it is done right. it Is seen as quite an anti social thing with youths criminals or gangs writing their names on Walls.
I think it can be beautiful when people genuinly do it for the love of art. It's just like a painter using brushes and a canvas a photographer using a camera and film. It gives the public something to look at.
My favourite part about the journey to Glasgow is when rolling into central station you see some amazing work on the Walls and I find it wrong that tallent like that is discouraged.
I understand if it's gangs tagging areas but I think graffiti shouldn't be frowned upon as long as it's done right!
